We do not accept returns on our products that were delivered within the transit time of 3-4 days, excluding national and public holidays.
Refund Policy for products received in damaged condition:
To be eligible for a refund, please follow the below mentioned steps –
Please do not take the damaged product out of the box or try to clean it. Leave the box as it is.
Take a few pictures of the damaged product in the shipping box which clearly show the type of damage – spills or breakages or any other damages.
Please email us the pictures of the damaged shipment along with the order details on firstname.lastname@example.org under the subject –

Once your email is received, our team will get in touch with you within 7 working days and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your refund is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 working days.
